Nutrient-Rich Beetroot and Lemon Juice for Colon Detox and Weight Loss
6 organic kale leaves
3 peeled and washed carrots
2 red apples, cut into pieces
1 beet, peeled and washed
Half a peeled lemon
2.5 cm piece of ginger
Pour one to two cups of water into your blender.
Add all the ingredients and blend thoroughly.
Use a strainer to filter the mixture and collect the juice.
Mix again with a spoon.
Enhance freshness by adding a few ice cubes to your juice.
Store the juice in a glass jar and refrigerate.
