1- Prep and Preheat
Oven to 375°F

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Cook your pasta in salted boiling water until it is just before al dente (about 2 minutes shy of the package directions), then drain. It will finish softening in the oven.

2 – Layer the Ingredients
In the baking dish

Place the cubed raw chicken directly into the bottom of your baking dish. Season generously with salt and pepper. Pour 2 tablespoons of the seasoned oil straight from the sun-dried tomato jar over the chicken, then scatter the chopped sun-dried tomatoes on top.

3- Add Pasta and Liquids
Toss to combine
