Slow Cooker Strawberry Cheesecake Dip

How to Make It

1
Layer the ingredients
2 minutes

Lightly spray the inside of a 2-to-4-quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Add the cubed cream cheese, strawberry preserves, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and white chocolate chips (if using).

2
Slow heat on LOW
1.5–2 hours

Cover and cook on LOW for 1.5 to 2 hours. Stir every 30 minutes to help the cream cheese melt smoothly and prevent burning around the edges.

3
Whisk until silky
3 minutes

Once the cheese is soft and completely melted, use a balloon whisk or hand mixer directly in the pot to smooth out any remaining lumps until the dip is creamy and uniform.

4
Garnish and keep warm
2 minutes

Swirl an extra tablespoon of strawberry jam over the top for a pretty visual effect. Top with crushed graham crackers or fresh berry slices. Turn your slow cooker to the WARM setting and serve immediately alongside your favorite dippers.

Pro Tip: To prevent condensation from dripping back into your dip and making it watery, place a clean paper towel or kitchen towel underneath the slow cooker lid during the last 30 minutes of heating.
