2-3 large cloves of garlic

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Ready to roll? Start by peeling and chopping the vibrant red onion. And don’t forget those aromatic cloves of garlic – grab 2 or 3, depending on your preference!

Once everything’s prepped, toss it all into a blender and blend until smooth and silky, packed with all the goodness of onion and garlic. Once done, extract the juice – that’s where the magic happens!
