Prep the Raspberries
Lightly mash the raspberries with a fork until they’re jammy but still a bit chunky. Set aside. -
Whip the Creamy Base
Beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth, about 1–2 minutes. -
Blend in the Good Stuff
Add the powdered sugar, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), and vanilla extract. Mix until fluffy and well combined. -
Swirl in the Raspberries
Fold the mashed raspberries into the cream cheese mixture. Stir fully for a pink dip, or just a couple of folds for a pretty marbled effect. -
Adjust the Flavor
Taste test! Add lemon juice for tang, or honey/maple syrup for a touch of sweetness. -
Chill & Serve
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Garnish with whole raspberries and serve with your favorite dippers.
