Ingredients:
6 kale leaves
3 carrots
2 red apples, cut into pieces
1 beet
Half a peeled lemon
2.5 cm piece of ginger
Preparation:
Peel and wash the organic carrots, beet, and lemon.
Pour one to two cups of water into your blender.
Thoroughly blend all the ingredients.
Use a strainer to filter the mixture, collecting the nourishing juice.
Stir the juice again with a spoon.
For a refreshing touch, incorporate a few ice cubes.
Store the elixir in a glass jar and refrigerate.
Warnings:
Avoid incorporating lemon if you have ulcers, heartburn, or citrus allergies.
Lemon is not recommended for individuals on antacid medications or drugs for blood or heart issues.
If you are undergoing anticoagulant treatment or suffer from kidney disease, it’s advisable to steer clear of beets.
