Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or for best results, marinate overnight to maximize flavor and tenderness.

When ready to cook, heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat.

Sear the steaks for 5 to 8 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes for medium to well-done steaks.
