3 sprigs of rosemary
A thumb-sized piece of ginger
2 slices of lemon
1 cinnamon stick
1 liter of water
1 tsp of honey (optional)
Rinse the rosemary, separating the leaves.
Slice the ginger and lemon.
Combine all the ingredients in a covered saucepan on the stove.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes (gentle boil).
Remove from heat and allow it to rest for an additional 10 minutes.
Optionally, add a teaspoon of honey to sweeten the drink.
