How to Prepare Ginger Water
Ingredients:
- Fresh ginger root
- 1.5 liters of water
- Lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat the water and add sliced ginger pieces.
- Simmer for 15 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Allow the water to cool, and add lemon juice for added flavor if desired.
- Drink three times a day—morning, before lunch, and before dinner—for up to 10 days.
Precautions:
- Not suitable for pregnant women after the first trimester or individuals with blood disorders or diabetes.
