How to Prepare Ginger Water

Ingredients:

  • Fresh ginger root
  • 1.5 liters of water
  • Lemon juice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the water and add sliced ginger pieces.
  2. Simmer for 15 minutes, then remove from heat.
  3. Allow the water to cool, and add lemon juice for added flavor if desired.
  4. Drink three times a day—morning, before lunch, and before dinner—for up to 10 days.
