PINEAPPLE CAKE BARS: A Sweet Tropical Delight for Your Next Party

A tub.Of cream cheese; softened to room temp.

1/2 Cup.Of unsalted butter; softened to room temp.

4 Cups.Of powdered sugar.

1/2 Cup.Of crushed pineapple, drained.

1 Tsp.Of vanilla extract.

OPTIONAL GARNISH:

Toasted coconut flakes.

Fresh pineapple slices.

Mint leaves.

PREPARATION:

1st Step

Turn on the oven to 350 °F (175 °C). For easy removal, grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

2nd Step

Next, you need to combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium basin. Place aside.

3rd Step

Separately, in a large basin, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until frothy and pale in color. One at a time, beat in each egg, then add the vanilla essence.

4th Step

Add the dry flour mixture gradually while blending the wet components well. The crushed pineapple is then gently incorporated.

Spread the batter evenly after pouring it into the prepared baking dish. Afterward, bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Before icing, let the cake bars cool fully.
